Over the decades, I've had a LOT of experience working with clients on communication and sales. At this point, I'm pretty good at isolating where you're going wrong and what you need to do to connect with patients better, work together as a team, and close more cases.
And there are a few specific points I've found that can make or break the sales process with a patient. It could be the words you're using, the questions you're asking (or not asking), or failing to pick up on cues that the patient is giving you.
