Hi Markus, After going back to work and applying most of what I learned: bingo, it works in the majority of cases. I'm closing treatment plans and not only that, I feel very confident. Now I'm the closer in the office and I just go to the front with the money in my hand to process the payment. And in some cases, paid in full, to start treatment. Since then, I've just had win after win. This works because I'm closing, closing, closing and having lots of fun. I really appreciate what you have done for me.
