The MGE Power Program is a unique blend of specialized education techniques and one-on-one coaching to give you the knowledge, skills, and organizational structure you need a to get maximum results quickly.
Some of the key areas we focus on are: 

Increasing production quickly

A lot of problems can be solved (or at least made easier to solve) when you have some financial breathing room. So the first thing we do is identify the things you can do immediately to increase patient flow and case acceptance, so you get your revenues up and help more patients get healthy.

Using key business metrics

If you’re not tracking metrics in your practice, then you’re flying blind and won’t know where to look when things go wrong. But in dentistry, “key performance indicators” usually just add up to the dentist staring at a bunch of pretty graphs and having no idea what to do about it.


These metrics only matter if you know how to interpret them and use this information. Then they become a fantastic diagnostic tool, so we can draw up the right treatment plan to get your practice healthy.  

Staff management & oranization  

When you have a great team around you, it is very easy to succeed. But even if you have the brightest staff members in the world, they won’t be able to achieve much without good organizational structure, training, and well-defined roles. So we teach you how find, hire, train, organize, delegate, motivate, and keep great staff.  

Profitability

Growth is great, but increases in overall revenues don’t mean much if your profits don’t grow with it. So we focus on managing your finances efficiently and ensuring you take home more and more personal income as you grow.

Leadership

The owner sets the tone for the whole practice—and the success of the practice is largely dependent on their leadership ability. Luckily, leadership skills can be learned. Get the support of an entire team of specialists

On the Power Program, you don’t just get the benefit of one expert consultant—you get an entire team of them. Each person you work with specializes in a certain field, so you always get the most knowledgeable advice and guidance for your individual needs.  

Your Dedicated Coach

You will also work closely with one dedicated Power Client Manager responsible for keeping an eye on practice metrics, helping you with implementation, and ensuring you are achieving your goals. You can always reach them for questions or help.

Tracking Statistics

One of the key subjects you will learn is which statistics (metrics) to track and how to use that information. These statistics will give you and us a clear picture of where the practice is headed and which areas to focus on for improvement.  

Get results quickly & then keep growing until you don’t need us anymore

Obviously, there is a lot to learn on the Power Program, but you don’t have to wait till you are done to start seeing results. Our team is hands-on in the beginning, helping your get your practice up to where you want it to be quickly—and then as you progress you become more and more self-sufficient until you don’t need our help at all. (Although of course, you will always be able to reach us if you have questions for no charge.) 

Graduating

Graduating the Power Program is not simply a matter of fulfilling time requirements or passing exams. A client must have achieved significant practice growth, good organizational efficiency, and healthy profitability before they graduate. This is how we know we’ve done our job—because our sole focus is helping you achieve your goals.
Then when you are done, you will receive your certificate at the annual MGE Owner’s Conference Graduation Ceremony. And then you are always welcome to come back to review material and get help with anything you need even long after graduating.
